Sure, the CLIQUE likes to ruin Mararthon, but have any of us managed to do this?
Stats collected so far this month:
$ grep -i survival misc.log | wc
229 4496 25219
$ grep -i emfh misc.log | wc
228 4198 21697
I know we have an OSH award for maps, but to me, this seems like an even greater accomplishment. Congratulations to Megabyte for ruining the metaserver!

There were a few good ones this month, but there really wasn’t too much of a choice this time. Congratulations to patrick.
I thought this was funny as hell, and I’m bored, so here you go. See if you can tell who the idiot is.

After reading chat from the meatserver some days, I find it hard to believe people can be so retarded. But since Arrival was not functioning today, I decided to use MythChat to see if the myth guys were having any trouble. Well, it turns out they are. The server was working just fine, however. I forgot I had MythChat running and checked about an hour later, and this is ALL that had been said in that time.

Iritscen has the honor of winning this month’s post of the month. Thanks to the last sentence in his post, the CLIQUE may have yet another quotable in-joke.
It’s not pointless if someone else had scraped all the files off the server and was trying to gauge interest in how to make them more easily available to others (at a decent download rate). It’s not pointless if they are willing to upload a few gigs of data for torrents, or if they happen to have dozens of gigs of free space that they don’t need for themselves, with a high-quality host. But certainly if hardly anyone sees a benefit in doing so, that person wouldn’t want to make the offer, because they’d want to know that it would be worth the trouble before putting themselves out there as someone who could do that. Try to read between the lines a little bit more in the future, Tl.
This post is just a very small part of the whole topic though, which by itself is really something worth reading in its entirety. Therefore I feel like I’m not really doing justice to the whole thing by naming this one post as the POTM, since it’s really just part of a larger work of art. What starts off as one of the most annoying things to read on the pfhorums for quite a while, turns into an image war when a few people step in to save the day.
There has been quite a bit of chatter about Ray on the metaserver and it seems he is quickly becoming the most popular person in the community. Or at least the most talked about. I could write something about him, but why don’t I just let the community speak for itself.

The Pfhorums have sucked so much lately there was not going to be one this month until Irons came through with only a couple days left. Not only is the worst topic on the pfhorums now dead, he was able to kill it with some style. I’ll post the unedited version which is superior to the current Pfhorums post.
